Terms and Conditions
- Welcome to the Natural Health Farm website. We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
- If you would like to talk directly to us or would like to place an order an order over the phone, please call Natural Health Farm (NHF) at 03-55693721 from Monday to Friday (11am-7pm).
1.0 Delivery
- Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery of goods after order.
- Make sure the correspondence address is correct, please stated area, state and postal code and you contact number as well. Please make sure the correspondence address is available and have the receipt person.
- P.O.Box is address is not acceptable.
- Customer should bare the courier fees.
- Where an incorrect address has been given to NHF with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
2.0 Returns
- If your goods arrive damaged, this must be reported the day after delivery. Any faults that occur within the first 3 days after the goods arrive must be reported to NHF within this time frame to be eligible for refund/replacement. Please note that packaging must be in unspoiled condition to be eligible for a refund, and all goods will be tested if reported faulty upon their return either by NHF technical staff or the manufacturer where appropriate.

- Please pack your items well and for your protection, select a shipping company that offers package tracking. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs.

Once we receive the return email, we shall contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that the sending of the return email to us does not constitute to a sure return, as we will assess the claim and justify accordingly.
- If the goods are faulty, you have 3 days from the day after the goods arrive to report and return the goods for a refund. A refund will be provided within 30 days. Please note that packaging must be in unspoiled condition or NHF will charge the customer a fee to compensate NHF for the written down value of the stock. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- If any goods are returned in an incomplete manner, NHF at it's discretion can either reject the returned item as incomplete and return the goods at the customers expense, or NHF can charge the customer a sum equivalent to the replacement cost of the missing item - this can include small items such as manuals, cables, batteries, styli, etc. If we cannot replace the missing items (e.g. replacement hard copy manuals are usually impossible to replace) then NHF will charge the customer a fee to compensate NHF for the written down value of the incomplete stock.
- All products provided is subject to the terms and. Customer acknowledges that NHF does not warrant any products under these Terms and Conditions.
3.0 Privacy
- We do collect the information given at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party and is collected by NHF for authentication and identification purposes only.
- We do not email customers except in connection with your order; From time to time your address details may be used for postal marketing.
- We aim to offer a top quality service at the best price possible, to do this we need to reserve the right to change the above policies at any time.

- These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of Malaysia.
